Noodle Casserole

2 pounds ground emu, lightly browned
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (16-oz) package egg noodles, cooked
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
cup brown sugar
cup diced onion

Combine beef, onion and sugar. In separate pan, combine soups. In large, deep casserole dish, layer meat mixture, soup mixture and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F. Serves 10 12.
