Emu Leather

All emu leather shown on these pages are from U.S.A. grown birds, and are tanned in the USA. All Emu leather goods come with a money back guarantee.   Browsers, monitors and other hardware used to view images on the internet vary, the color range and resolution are restricted according to the computer system used to access the internet. For that reason the colors you view may not coincide with the actual leather product. These colors are standard industry colors.  Please email for availability.

These are Grade 1 Emu Leg Skins or Emu Leggings in black. The black is a true black. The emu leg skins or leggings are move difficult for us to provide than the emu hides simply because of the difficulty in removal, which requires a special tool for ease in stripping. The Emu Leg Skins pictured here are representative of quality and size of the leggings you will receive.

Measurements will vary slightly on the emu leg skins. Measuring from the knee to the base of the middle toe, the skins are roughly 14" long. From the knee to the end of the middle toe, it is roughly 17 1/2" long. Measuring across the widest part of the foot the skin is roughly 4". The narrowest part of the skin is roughly 2 1//2" across. Toes vary from 1" to 1 1/2" across with the largest toe being the middle one. .

Because leg skins are very difficult to remove from the birds leg and require special tools to do so properly, we are unable to offer large quantities unless prior arrangement is made.
